Pharaoh Mentality

Recently I told yall me and the Bible go together real bad! Currently I’m reading Exodus and the revelation I’ve received is too good not to share.Back story Moses and Aaron went to Egypt to tell Pharoah that God said free the people. And unfortunately Pharaoh won’t trying to hear it. So God said ok bet tell him I’m bout to wreak havoc and send all different plagues over his nation if he don’t let my people go. And unfortunately God really did cut up on Pharoah and these people because Pharoah was just too dang stubborn. God sent plagues such as Water turned to Blood, FROGS 😭, Gnats, Death of livestock and that was just the 4 out of 10 situations! Needless to say it only kept getting worse! (Read Exodus to get the rest!)

The only thing I kept thinking in my reading is; I can’t believe Pharoah would really put his people through all this for so long! I mean if it were me 2 minutes of the Frogs and I would have freed everybody in the whole wide world!

And then the Lord revealed that …It is me because sometimes I do have a Pharaoh Mentality! I can say he humbled the hell out of me because like some of yall I ignore what he tells me to do! I turn right into Helen Keller which in turn causes different situations (plagues) to arise to get my attention and makes that stubbornness cease😂

Ignoring God caused a whole country to suffer due to Pharoahs stubbornness. Pharaoh eventually allowed them to be free but in turn decided nah I need my slaves back and ended up losing his life. Who has to suffer because you’re not walking in your calling or following the directions you’ve been given? It’s 2024 please don’t allow that Pharoah mentality to cause all of us to suffer! The world needs what you have to offer.
